Within 48 hours of receiving a completed planning form, we will telephone you to arrange a suitable time to meet in person OR if this is not convenient, discuss your requirements by telephone or via email. We will use the information provided to start developing a personalised training proposal for you
Within 7 days, we will send you a detailed and personalised training proposal. If you are happy with the content, sign Section D , retain a copy for your records and send the original to us.
We deliver your bespoke training programme at a time and place specified by you
We send you an impact assessment questionnaire within 3/6 months of delivering your training programme to measure the impact of learning on work performance
Take a look at our training courses. You can choose a selection of courses from our existing course list or ask us to design a training package for you.
A detailed flyer with information about the course aims and objectives, time, date and agreed venue, will be sent to you two months before the course is due to take place (if time allows).
