During this meeting we will discuss your organisations needs and establish a convenient date and time to complete an organisational needs assessment (O.N.A).
At this stage we will also discuss our fee with you for conducting a needs assessment and designing and delivering your bespoke service.
Your Organisational Needs Assessment (O.N.A)
We will complete the O.N.A within five days.
We use a combination of action research and survey research methodology to gather the required information from all staff (Managers, Supervisors, front line staff etc). This information is then subjected to analysis to uncover any recurrent themes which we can use to design a bespoke service which reflects your organisations real needs.
This approach to O.N.A’s allow staff to contribute fully to the design of any future innovation in your service and helps minimise the impact of organisational change.
We will send you a copy of the needs assessment report clearly outlining the evidence that we have collected and how we used that evidence to design a draft service plan for your consideration.
We can alter the design and delivery timescale to suit your organisations needs.
When you are happy with the proposal we move to the next stage of the process (which is included in your fee).
We have access to state of the art meeting and training rooms throughout the UK.
